You acknowledge and agree that Crypto Tech Invest is not responsible for any Third-Party Service, including its accuracy, completeness, timeliness, validity, copyright, legality, decency, quality, or any other aspect thereof. Crypto Tech Invest assumes no obligation or responsibility to you or any other person or entity for such Third-Party Services.
Third-Party Services and links to them are provided solely for your convenience, and you access and use them entirely at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of those third parties.
Duration and Termination
This Agreement remains in effect until you or Crypto Tech Invest terminate it.
Crypto Tech Invest may, at its sole discretion, at any time and for any reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without notice.
This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from Crypto Tech Invest, if you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. Crypto Tech Invest may also terminate this Agreement by removing or disabling access to the platform or by discontinuing the platform.
Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the platform and delete all copies of any component of the platform in your possession.
Termination of this Agreement will not limit any of Crypto Tech Invest’s rights or remedies at law or in equity in the event of your breach of any obligations under this Agreement during its term.
Copyright / Intellectual Property
The platform and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, screens, images, video, audio, and their design, selection and arrangement) are owned by Crypto Tech Invest, its licensors or other providers of such material, and are protected by Argentina and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Material may not be copied, modified, reproduced, downloaded or distributed in any form, in whole or in part, without the prior express written permission of Crypto Tech Invest, except as expressly permitted in these Terms and Conditions. Unauthorized use of the material is prohibited.
Arbitration Agreement
This section applies to any dispute, except a dispute related to claims for injunctive or equitable relief regarding enforcement or validity of your intellectual property rights or Crypto Tech Invest’s intellectual property rights.
The term “dispute” means any dispute, claim or other controversy between you and Crypto Tech Invest regarding the Services or this agreement, whether in contract, warranty, tort, statute, regulation, ordinance, or any other legal or equitable basis. “Dispute” shall be given the broadest meaning permitted by law.
Copyright Infringement Notice
If you are a copyright owner or agent thereof and believe any material on our platform constitutes infringement of your copyright, contact us with:

b) identification of the material claimed to be infringing;
c) your contact information, including address, phone number, and email;

Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided to you “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, with all faults and defects, without warranty of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Crypto Tech Invest, on its own behalf and on behalf of its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
Without limiting the foregoing, Crypto Tech Invest does not warrant that the platform will meet your requirements, work with any other software, hardware, systems or services, be uninterrupted or error-free, achieve results you expect, or be free from viruses or other harmful components; or that any errors will be corrected.
Limitation of Liability
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, in no event shall Crypto Tech Invest or its providers’ aggregate liability under any provision of this Agreement and your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing be limited to the amount you have actually paid to Crypto Tech Invest for the platform.
In no event shall Crypto Tech Invest or its providers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind (including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the platform, software from third parties, or hardware used with the platform, or otherwise) even if Crypto Tech Invest or its providers have been advised of the possibility of such damages or if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so some of the foregoing limitations may not apply to you depending on your jurisdiction.
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, then that provision will be modified to the greatest extent possible to give effect to the intent of the provision, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and any legal notices published by Crypto Tech Invest in the Services, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Crypto Tech Invest regarding the Services. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that invalidity will not affect the validity of the rest of the Terms and Conditions, which will remain in full effect.
Neither party’s failure to enforce any right or provision under this Agreement will constitute a waiver of future enforcement of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Crypto Tech Invest.
Amendments to this Agreement
Crypto Tech Invest reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice of at least 30 days before new terms become effective. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
If you continue accessing or using our platform after those revisions take effect, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use Crypto Tech Invest.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the complete agreement between you and Crypto Tech Invest regarding your use of the platform and replaces all prior or contemporaneous agreements, written or oral, between you and Crypto Tech Invest.
You may be subject to additional terms and conditions when you use or purchase other services of Crypto Tech Invest; those terms will be provided at the time of such use or purchase.
